SILENCE AND SOLITUDE IN YIQUAN


These series of post are mainly my own LIMITED thoughts and experience from practicing Yiquan and should be taken with a HUGE DOSE OF SALT.

Over the course of my Yiquan practice, I begin to realize there’s a lot of NOISE interfering with my practice. Once you have reached a stage where you are confident about your posture and the physical aspects of your practice, give up the INTERNAL NOISE that plagues your practice.
