SILENCE AND SOLITUDE IN YIQUAN
These series of post are mainly my own LIMITED thoughts and experience from practicing Yiquan and should be taken with a HUGE DOSE OF SALT.
Over the course of my Yiquan
practice, I begin to realize there’s a lot of NOISE interfering with my
practice. Once you have reached a stage where you are confident about your
posture and the physical aspects of your practice, give up the INTERNAL NOISE
that plagues your practice.
Just as in meditation, during
Zhan Zhuang, focus your intention on your breath and be mindful. Silence and
